About no transfer items

Hi!!Some of you asked me why the Valentines freebies and collection are no transfer.For those who want to give any Valentines outfit just has to buy it on Onrez.com or Slexchange.Type my name and you will get to my store. In-world send me a notecard with the name of the items and name of person you want to send the gift,then pay me for the amount of items you want.When i log in i get the note,check the transation history and send the gifts to the names on the note and im you back with the confirmation.If even this way its too confuse im me and i will set you a costum box no copy/transfer for you to give to your friends:)
